I know her from january …She joined our office as a .Net developer and she has facked her experience which I came to know later.Initially she was assigned to some other project leader in our office and she was not doing well…So finally that project leader has benched her and I was one of the team lead for us client , I was very much in rush to deliver my project to the client…But unfortunately I don’t have proper resources so I have to select people who or on bench..I got shilpa selected for my project but initially I was very busy with deadlines…I was not able to talk to her.Later afte a month o finished project and slowly I started talking to shilpa….We had been to coffee togather and keep hanging for
